You will align HR and Operations to boost workforce performance, leadership capability, and employee experience while ensuring compliant HR practices.

You will lead and develop an onsite HR team, oversee orientation, reporting, and routine HR processes, and translate business needs into practical workforce actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders on workforce challenges.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Operations Leader on workforce strategy and performance.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing analysis, and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure HR compliance and administer onboarding, reporting, and documentation.
• Develop and lead onsite HR team to support daily HR processes.
