Wonder Group, INC is seeking an HR Manager for a 24/7 production and distribution facility in Swedesboro, NJ. You will align HR strategy with site operations, oversee onboarding, employee relations, and data-driven workforce planning while developing a high-performing HR team.

You will partner with leadership to improve retention, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring compliant HR practices across a complex, round-the-clock operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in production, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similar high-volume environments.
• Proven track record partnering with operational leaders on workforce and business challenges.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading or developing HR team members.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Site Operations Leader on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
• Coach leaders on performance management, attendance, policy application, and investigations.
• Lead staffing planning, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Direct onsite HR team, ensure compliant HR operations and recordkeeping.
