Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will partner with leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and implementing compliant, fair policy applications.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach business leaders on people management including feedback, development and complex employee relations.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement decisions.
Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to improve user experience and efficiency
