Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc is seeking an HRBP to advise leaders on employee relations and talent strategy. You will support workforce planning, retention, and development while ensuring policy compliance and effective change management.

You will use analytics and HR technology to drive insights, coach managers, and mediate workplace matters. Strong communication and Spanish skills are preferred for cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience analyzing data to guide strategic planning.
• Proficient in Spanish, preferred.
• Knowledge of performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to execute workforce strategy and life-cycle initiatives.
• Provide daily performance management guidance and coaching to leaders.
• Mediate between managers and employees to improve relations and retention.
• Utilize analytics and HR technologies to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Analyze HR processes for efficiencies, automation, and better service delivery.
• Support investigations, disciplinary meetings, and policy enforcement.
• Stay compliant with employment laws and company policies.
