Job summary

Medplus Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategies with business goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in strategic roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Puerto Rico employment laws and HR best practices.
• Hands-on with ADP Workforce Now and Bizneo HRIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using Canva for internal communications.
• Knowledge of AI tools to improve productivity and data analysis.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Analytical, organized and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals and drive performance.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness and leadership development.
• Lead HR operations, Talent Acquisition and core people processes for consistency.
• Oversee complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations in PR and Colombia.
• Collaborate with Organizational Development and People Analytics to translate insights into strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, compliance and employee engagement.
