Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Bilingual HRBP to align people strategy with business goals in our El Paso, TX operations. You will partner with leaders to shape talent management, performance, and employee relations, while driving workforce planning and development.

You'll guide investigations, coaching, and disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Travel up to 30% is required as part of coordinating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in HR/Talent leadership, employee relations, performance management.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Travel up to 30% and El Paso, TX as work location.

Responsibilities

• Consults with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and workforce planning.
• Collaborates with leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Facilitates discussions to clarify performance expectations and address conduct.
• Participates in internal investigations regarding employee-initiated allegations and complaints.
• Conducts mediations to resolve conflicts and improve work environment.
• Guides management of performance, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations when necessary.
• Documents communications related to performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Manages employment actions such as role changes, compensation alignment, and reporting relationships.
• Facilitates conversations about career advancement, learning, and program opportunities.
• Works with leaders to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Analyzes trends and metrics with Talent team to develop programs and policies.
• Recommends policy and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
