Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in engineering organizations.
• GPHR, SPHR, or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience coaching and mentoring at Senior Leader level.

• Partner with leaders to refine sourcing strategies and recruit talent.
