The role emphasizes change management, employee relations, coaching, and policy administration to support business goals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong generalist background with expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and training, plus M&A experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of eight years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Strong competency across HR functions including recruitment, compensation, ER, coaching, org development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR solutions and manage projects with strong facilitation and communication.
• Align HR actions with business goals and adapt as needed to achieve results.
• Coach managers on conflict resolution and performance management.
• Train managers and staff on compliant HR policies, ensure consistent application.
• Influence management to support HR initiatives across the organization.
• Provide HR expertise in handling employee relations and daily support.
• Conduct timely employee investigations and document findings.
• Develop HR analytics tools and metrics for quality improvement.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure legal compliance.
