Job summary

Kelvion Holding GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with our business units in the United States. You will act as a consultant to management on HR issues, champion employee advocacy, and drive data-driven initiatives that foster a productive workplace culture.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, change management, and DEI efforts, with emphasis on US compliance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or consultative role.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify workforce needs and support recruitment efforts.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
• Lead or support change management initiatives, including organizational design and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the business unit.
