You will lead talent management, workforce planning, succession, development, and retention in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting.

You will partner with senior leaders to design agile structures, drive organizational change, and boost engagement while ensuring compliance and data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.
• Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
