Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business goals with employees and management within designated units. You will serve as a consultant on HR issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.

Leverage data-driven insights to drive organisational effectiveness and talent management strategies. The role requires 5+ years in HR with a business partner background, strong US employment law knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 3 in a business partner or consultative role.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals and drive organisational performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify workforce needs and support recruitment efforts.
• Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision‑making and recommend improvements.
• Lead or support change management initiatives, including organisational design and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the business unit.
