Job summary

KLA is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join the Services HR team in Milpitas, CA. The role focuses on acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, guiding workforce planning, performance programs, and employee relations across US-based teams with potential global scope.

You will collaborate with COE partners, analyze workforce data, lead change initiatives, and ensure policy compliance while supporting leadership development, talent strategies, and compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3 years relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 6 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating priorities into people strategies and actionable HR plans.
• Drive execution of enterprise HR programs and initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement survey, compensation review cycles) within the business, ensuring alignment to organizational goals.
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational and talent needs, including workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce transitions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Leverage workforce data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Provide balanced perspectives to business that align business priorities with organizational and people considerations
