Elkay is seeking an HR Business Partner to support corporate functions by leading HR processes with a focus on employee relations, recruiting and talent management. The HRBP acts as a change agent, ensuring compliant guidance and proactive performance management.

You will translate business goals into HR priorities, drive talent development, oversee salary review cycles, and partner with Centers of Expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
• 4+ years in associate relations or HR.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide HRBP support for all employees, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.
• Translate business goals into HR priorities and implement with Centers of Expertise and HR Services.
• Drive talent assessment, succession planning, and talent conversations with training programs.
• Lead coordination of performance, salary and incentive review processes.
• Execute day-to-day responsibilities and support evolution of a dynamic environment.
• Lead cross-organization projects as needed.
