Job summary

FRX Ohio is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for Ohio operations, driving talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

This role partners with executives and general managers, travels weekly to regional units, and mentors leaders while ensuring Ohio employment law and DCC compliance; experience with JazzHR, ATS, HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, leadership coaching, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Experience partnering with operational leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
• Willing to travel weekly using own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support to leaders and teams.
• Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance training.
• Coach managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
