Job summary

Evergreen Market seeks an HR Business Partner to grow its cannabis retail operations. You will provide HR and payroll support, partner with leadership on people strategies, and handle general HR initiatives across stores and corporate.

You will manage payroll, talent acquisition support, onboarding, training, benefits, safety and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience building relationships across all levels and with diverse groups.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR partner for Evergreen Market stores and corporate offices.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for stores and corporate.
• Support Talent Acquisition, onboarding, training and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage sensitive employee relations, terminations and investigations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop teams and succession plans.
• Support HR data analysis and reporting.
