Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking an HR Manager - Retail to drive HR service delivery across multiple dispensary locations. You will lead onboarding, training, and performance, advise on policy and labor relations, and partner with leadership to meet business goals. This role requires travel up to 50% and residence in New Jersey.

You will report to the Director of Human Resources and influence strategy while preserving a high standard of ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience advising on collective bargaining agreements and labor relations.
• HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, WorldatWork) are a plus.
• Strong relationship-building with senior executives and teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and programs for multiple dispensary locations.
