Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience including healthcare staff
• Knowledge of employment law and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Experience in employee relations and clinical workforce management
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Healthcare Admin/Business Admin preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions for clinical staff
• Partner with clinical leadership to forecast staffing needs
• Oversee credentialing, licensure tracking, onboarding, offboarding
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations
• Develop and maintain HR policies for clinical operations
• Support audits, accreditation reviews, and inspections
• Coordinate mandatory clinical training and leadership development
• Support succession planning and career development for clinical staff
