You will lead and mentor Staffing Office Coordinators across morning, day, and evening shifts, while driving key metrics and collaborating with recruiters and nursing leaders.

The role emphasizes process improvement, consistent guidelines, and a focus on efficiency and staff satisfaction within a large healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Education and work experience requirements align with leadership roles in staffing.
• Experience leading staffing coordinators or similar teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the staffing office, ensuring shifts are filled accurately and on time.
• Lead, coach, and schedule Staffing Office Coordinators to support operations across morning, day, and evening shifts.
• Monitor staffing metrics such as fill rates, cancellations, and response times, addressing gaps quickly.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex staffing issues, cancellations, and service concerns.
• Partner with recruiters, nursing leaders, and program leadership to align staffing decisions with workforce and labor strategy.
• Ensure staffing processes, guidelines, and communication standards are followed and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and staff satisfaction.
