Ascension is seeking a senior leader to shape the market strategy and growth initiatives across the Austin market. You will partner with market leadership and Ascension executives to drive long-term strategic planning and execution.

You will identify opportunities for partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and coordinate capital planning while aligning with the national strategy. A strong background in strategy, business development, and leadership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of cumulative job-specific experience required, with 5 of those years in leadership/management.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience required; 15 years preferred.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Leads the development and implementation of the overall strategy and plan with leadership and Ascension stakeholders.
• Directs annual planning, prioritizes strategic opportunities, risks, capital projects and potential partnerships.
• Owns growth targets for Ascension markets and leads business development activities, including partnerships and potential acquisitions.
• Leads building blocks of the strategic plan and projects financial impact of components.
• Co-leads three-year capital planning and alignment with overall strategy.
• Oversees ambulatory strategy and service lines in coordination with market leadership.
