You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to design effective organization structures and engagement initiatives. You will coach executives, oversee complex change efforts, and lead multi-year HR projects while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of HR experience.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience partnering with global leaders.
• Travel- minimally 25% required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic partner to the business; develop and implement HR strategies.
• Coach leaders on leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs with measurable business results.
• Build strong relationships with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers.
• Drive organization design and effectiveness initiatives.
