Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in the United States seeks a Business Human Resources (BHR) Manager to partner with Finance leadership, shaping culture and talent. You will design and deliver HR programs, drive leadership development, and ensure alignment with business goals across assigned Finance functions.

You will coach leaders, lead succession planning, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, develop, and retain talent meeting current and future needs. Strong business acumen required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years HR experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong business acumen and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with competency models and assessments.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
• Project management or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to Finance leaders to shape culture and talent.
• Coach and influence leaders on leadership development and succession.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on吸 attracting and developing talent.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs, measure HR effectiveness and outcomes.
• Build relationships across COEs to coordinate HR services.
• Advise on organization design and effectiveness for better performance.
• Lead people manager development and promote engagement, inclusion.
• Develop change communication aligned with priorities.
• Support AbbVie Ways We Work with Business.
