You will lead talent development, succession planning, change initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration while modeling AbbVie Ways We Work and fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of HR experience in a business context.
• Experience supporting a global business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management or business experience.
• Experience presenting to senior management.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business.
• Ability to partner with internationally-based HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business, shaping HR strategies.
• Coach and influence senior leaders on leadership development and talent management.
• Develop strategies to attract, develop and retain talent and future capabilities.
• Ensure successful delivery of HR programs and services with measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with Centers of Excellence and HR partners.
• Provide consultation on organization design and effectiveness to drive performance.
• Lead people manager development to improve clarity, accountability and engagement.
• Communicate changes and strategies effectively to align with priorities and objectives.
• Support AbbVie Ways We Work through coaching and role-modeling behaviors.
• Prioritize projects based on business needs and resources, driving multi-year impact.
• Identify trends and innovative approaches to HR processes and systems.
• Lead large-scale initiatives with enterprise impact and provide coaching to teams.
