AbbVie in Illinois is seeking a Business Human Resources (BHR) manager to partner with Finance leaders, shaping culture and building talent and organizational capabilities aligned with AbbVie's objectives.

You will implement best-in-class HR practices, deliver programs, and support execution of people strategies across finance functions, driving engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across the business.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of regulations affecting the business; strong business acumen.
• Experience using competency models and assessment tools (360 assessment tool and Thomas PPA talent tool) to support talent development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex and demanding environment.
• Project management or business experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the day-to-day strategic HR partner to several key Finance businesses.
• Coach, consult, and influence leaders on leadership development and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, develop and retain talent and future capabilities.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs and measure HR results and client satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to coordinate HR elements.
• Provide consultation on organization design and effectiveness to improve performance.
• Drive people manager development and foster engagement, performance, and inclusion.
• Facilitate change and deliver effective communications aligned with priorities.
• Model AbbVie Ways We Work behavior and prioritize projects based on business needs.
