Job summary

AbbVie seeks an experienced human resources leader to serve as the primary strategic partner to the business, driving HR strategies and executive coaching. You will influence senior leaders on leadership development, succession planning, and talent management, while ensuring delivery of HR programs and strong business results.

You will build relationships across Centers of Excellence and lead multi-year transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience supporting a global business and partnering with internationally-based HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business. Lead the creation and implementation of HR strategies to meet organizational and business needs.
• Coach, consult, and influence business leaders regarding leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop and retain talent to meet future needs; lead talent development and succession planning.
