Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Sr. HR Operations Manager to lead HR across a multi-site manufacturing operation in the United States. You will drive workforce strategy, employee and labor relations, talent development, safety compliance, and organizational effectiveness to align people initiatives with business goals.

You will partner with facility and regional leadership, manage HR projects, and promote World Class Manufacturing practices while coaching leaders and ensuring audit-ready HR processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience developing and executing HR strategies and handling employee relations.
• Knowledge of compliance, safety, and labor relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Lead employee relations activities, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Drive workforce planning, succession and staffing strategies.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement and organizational change.
• Promote continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing practices.
