Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Manufacturing Development & Industrialization Specialist to lead development, industrialization, and performance initiatives across sites. The role supports business growth, technology deployment, and long-term site competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will drive investment projects, process improvements, manufacturing readiness, and strategic industrial development, balancing technical and business needs while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5 to 7 years in manufacturing development, industrialization, process optimization, process troubleshooting, trial planning, equipment reviews, and Management of Change (MoC).
Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site capital investment projects.
Ability to balance technical, operational, and business requirements and develop equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing development, industrialization, and operational performance initiatives to support growth and site competitiveness.
Drive investment projects, process improvements, manufacturing readiness, and strategic industrial development across operations.
Provide independent leadership of complex industrialization and capital investment programs.
