Saint-Gobain Group’s Proctor, WV manufacturing site in Moundsville seeks an HR Operations Manager to partner with plant leadership, strengthening culture, driving results through labor relations, safety, and workforce planning.

You will lead labor and employee relations, ensure compliance, oversee recruitment, and coach leaders to advance TEC values—Trust, Empowerment, Collaboration—while promoting a high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related area preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience, manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with labor relations and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for labor and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and policies.
• Oversee recruitment for hourly and salaried positions; support onboarding.
