Northwood Executive Search Ltd is partnering with a leading global Medical Device company to appoint an experienced HR Director to lead the people strategy for a flagship U.S. manufacturing operation alongside multiple satellite sites across the country.

This role provides strategic HR leadership across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and site leadership teams while driving workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and significant progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Proven success leading HR teams across multiple locations.
• Strong employee relations, organizational development, and change management expertise.
• Track record of partnering effectively with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders.
• Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy across flagship facility and satellite sites.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee HR budgets, policies, and reporting.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, high performance, and retention.
