Steele Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day HR operations across multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring compliant and employee-focused delivery of HR programs and services.

The role drives operational consistency, optimizes processes across the employee lifecycle, maintains data integrity, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations or HR management.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing HR teams and driving operational excellence.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution of HR programs and services.
• Own HR operational processes, driving standardization and best practices across facilities.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records across locations.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support talent acquisition including recruitment, onboarding, and system access.
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and risk management.
• Provide leadership and development to HR team members.
