Qualifikationen

• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing and union environment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical capability with a data driven approach to decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multishift manufacturing environment.

• Build relationships through consistent visibility, clear communication, and reliable follow-up.
• Equip leaders with tools that empower them to resolve issues early and reinforce an inclusive, respectful workplace.
• Support union environment by promoting transparent, collaborative relationships.
• Oversee investigations, corrective action processes, and compliance-driven documentation.
• Guide leaders in making compliant, consistent decisions grounded in Saint-Gobain Values and TEC expectations.
• Partner with EHS to reinforce a strong safety culture and reduce workplace risks.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and policy enforcement.
