Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities for salaried staff and production team members.
• Manage onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, offers, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll/employee records.
• Oversee leaves of absence and unemployment claims; ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and guide management on issue resolution.
• Lead training and development, including performance reviews and leadership development with Corporate L&D.
• Administer corrective action processes aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on communications, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs, including performance appraisals and wage administration.
• Support employee benefits administration and inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-site HR teams on projects.
• Provide leadership to HR staff with coaching and career development.
• Organize and oversee employee engagement and recognition events.
