Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager for our Prosperity, SC manufacturing site. You will partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with operations, drive engagement, and build a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment for salaried and production roles, onboarding, payroll records, learning and development, coaching HR staff, and ensuring policy compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong HRIS background; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs that improve morale and engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment for salaried and production roles, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruitment.
• Oversee onboarding processes including background checks, offers, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Oversee leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and advise management on issue resolution.
• Lead training initiatives, including performance reviews and leadership development in collaboration with the Corporate HR team.
• Manage corrective action processes fairly and consistently.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs and wage administration.
• Support benefits inquiries and staff/supervisor assistance.
• Coordinate with cross-site HR teams on programs and projects.
• Provide leadership to HR staff and oversee employee engagement events.
