Connect Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to deliver hands-on HR support and project-based assistance across a diverse client portfolio in the Greater Chicago area.

The role blends HR operations, consulting, and business support, with regular engagement with company leadership to address workforce needs and improve HR practices. A strong HR generalist background and multitasking abilities are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
• Broad HR generalist background with experience managing recurring HR operations.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and workplace policies.
• Demonstrated ability to advise management on employee relations, HR procedures, and workforce-related decisions.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, and retention initiatives.

Responsabilidades
