Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience required.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner to assigned locations and leadership teams.
• Partner with managers to support employee relations and coaching initiatives.
• Conduct employee investigations and manage workplace concerns.
