You will partner with operations, lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, labor relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.

The role emphasizes partnering with operational leadership to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin., or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting a unionized workforce.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Labor Relations on union activities and investigations.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and investigations.
• Workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Support merit processes and benefits inquiries while ensuring compliance.
• Conduct workplace investigations and regulatory compliance initiatives.
