Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide HR generalist support for the corporate COE and related staff. You will help manage core HR programs, investigations, policy interpretation and onboarding initiatives.

You will lead employee relations, support benefits and payroll activities as needed, and contribute to talent acquisition partnerships and HR analytics to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• HR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• 5-7 years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Experience in Employment relations including investigations and resolution.
• Strong communication with management at multiple levels.
• Analytical skills required.
• Ability to train and present.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support for corporate COE staff.
• Handle hotline responses, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate Employee Engagement initiatives and engagement activities.
• Support Talent Acquisition programs such as Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership.
• Provide HR metrics reporting and analysis.
• Assist with Benefits and Payroll as needed.
• Own onboarding programs and initiatives.
