Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable HR experience (Generalist/Manager) with broad HR scope.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR advice and consultation to employees and management, including coaching on performance issues and policy interpretation.
• Implements and monitors HR programs in training, compensation, and benefits to attract and retain staff.
• Maintains employee data and HR records, including performance reviews and terminations.
