This on-site role requires 5+ years of progressive HR management, a BA in HR/Business, and proficiency with HRIS (Paylocity preferred) and MS Office; SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business with 5+ years HR management experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Proficient with HRIS (Paylocity a plus) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and culture programs aligned with corporate values.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and feedback for leadership.
• Manage HR operations, benefits, leave, and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, policy enforcement and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance across handbooks, federal guidelines, and state labor laws.
