Swagelok Alabama l Central & South Florida | West Tennessee is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with leadership, oversee recruitment and retention, and manage employee relations across the Alabama, Central & South Florida, and West Tennessee regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5+ years’ experience in HR Generalist/Manager roles, strong knowledge of employment laws, and a proven ability to drive HR programs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Generalist/Manager role; 7+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive employee relations and a high level of employee commitment.
• Consult with management to align HR strategies with the organization’s strategic plan.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the HR function.
• Oversee recruitment and selection practices in line with policies.
• Work with management to improve organizational structure and growth opportunities.
• Partner with management to drive performance and culture through development.
• Manage performance development, talent management and succession planning.
• Ensure payroll and benefits administration are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain policies and the Associate Handbook; support HR initiatives.
