Pace Labs is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support to leaders and employees across multiple functions. You will partner with management to drive HR initiatives, employee relations, talent programs, and compliance while promoting a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR experience, strong business acumen, and effective communication skills to influence decisions and advise on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
