Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring employees.
• Maintaining payroll, personnel, reporting, and other records.
• Developing innovative recruitment approaches to attract talent.
• Establishing a hiring process including screening and interviews.
• Ensuring accurate personnel records and required training documentation.
• Administration of compensation and benefit programs.
• Addressing concerns or complaints via the Employee Hotline and investigations.
• Improving employee satisfaction and retention to minimize turnover.
• Reviewing organization policies for compliance and performance.
• Monitoring staffing levels and coordinating with leadership on needs.
• Ensuring timely and objective employee evaluations.
• Participating in meetings with General Manager and other departments.
