Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for Bowling Green, Ohio. The role focuses on supporting HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, and employee relations to foster a compliant, productive workplace.

The position partners with leaders to implement HR policies, manage performance, and ensure legal compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
