Job summary

Precision Strip is seeking an HR Generalist at our Tipp City, OH location to align HR strategy with plant goals. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle and build a pipeline by connecting with local schools and communities.

You will also support talent development, partner with leaders on a positive work environment, and administer HR programs to drive engagement, retention, and performance across the site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from application through onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships in the local talent market to fill the pipeline.
• Support talent development initiatives to strengthen succession and org development.
• Partner with leadership teams to recommend and implement a supportive work environment.
• Administer HR programs, practices, and policies to mitigate risk and boost engagement, retention, development, and performance.
