Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist to join our HR team in Tarentum, PA.

The role centers on recruiting but also exposes you to onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management. You will partner with managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate the hiring process, assist with offers and onboarding, and maintain HR records in our systems while upholding

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities from posting to candidate selection.
• Create engaging job advertisements to attract applicants.
• Review resumes and identify suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and success factors.

• Assist with offers, pre-employment steps, and onboarding transition.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR data in systems and handle routine questions.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Ensure confidential, professional HR practices across the organization.
