Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic partner to the Prosperity plant leadership, guiding HR initiatives to align with operational goals. The role leads staffing, onboarding, HRIS management, compliance with federal and SC laws, and development of leadership across the organization.

A manufacturing background and Workday experience are preferred. This position requires 10+ years of HR experience, including supervision, strong interpersonal skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and South Carolina HR laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, and onboarding for salaried and production roles.
• Manage HR systems, payroll accuracy, and personnel records.
• Oversee leaves, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Drive training, performance reviews, and leadership development with L&D.
• Provide guidance on investigations and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Coach HR staff and oversee engagement events.
