Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory/management.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Strong HRIS knowledge; Workday preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent across the organization.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, offers, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records; ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee leaves, unemployment claims, and compliance.
• Guide investigations and policy enforcement with management.
• Lead training, performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development with Corporate L&OD.
• Administer corrective actions in alignment with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on communications, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs and annual increases.
• Support benefits inquiries and staff/supervisor questions.
• Collaborate with cross-site HR teams on projects.
