Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities including full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff and production roles.
• Oversee onboarding processes including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide guidance on investigations and issue resolution.
• Lead training and development initiatives including performance reviews and succession planning.
