You will lead staffing, onboarding, payroll accuracy, leaves, policy compliance, and development, collaborating with Corporate HR to ensure consistency across sites. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years HR experience, including supervisory roles in manufacturing, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and South Carolina HR laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire and retain talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting.
• Manage onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records accuracy.
• Oversee leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and advise management on resolutions.
• Lead training and development, including performance reviews and leadership development.
• Administer corrective action processes aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs and wage-rate administration.
• Support employee benefits inquiries and staff supervision.
• Coordinate with cross-site HR teams on projects and initiatives.
• Provide leadership to HR staff including coaching and performance reviews.
• Organize and oversee employee engagement and recognition events.
