SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our manufacturing plant in Prosperity, SC. The role partners with site leadership to build a high-performance culture, lead HR programs, and align HR initiatives with operations goals.

This senior role requires 10+ years in HR, 3+ years in supervision, manufacturing experience, and strong HRIS (Workday) skills. You will manage employee relations, onboarding, payroll records, compliance, training, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment for salaried and production roles.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records with accuracy.
• Manage leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and advise management on resolution.
• Lead training, performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development with Corporate L&OD.
• Administer corrective action processes consistent with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Oversee local compensation programs and wage-rate administration.
• Support employee benefits administration and inquiries.
• Coordinate with cross-site HR teams on projects.
• Provide leadership to HR staff and drive career development.
• Organize employee engagement and recognition events.
