Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Less than 2 years HR generalist experience
• Manufacturing, multi-site experience
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Time & Attendance, LMS, ATS)
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Demonstrated change management skills
